A new project for disabled people "Affordable legal assistance" will start on March 21 in the Primirsky region. In this project each person with disabilities living in the territory of the Primorsky region has the right to the free legal help.
This project was implemented and brought to life by the social organization of disabled people "Kovcheg" and the Lawyer Chamber of Primorsky region with the project for the disabled persons "One country".

The aim of this project is to ensure the right of certain categories of citizens to free legal help.
At first the project will be implemented in the form of legal advice for disabled people in various questions. But over time the Lawyer chamber of the Primorsky region is going to help not only in providing necessary information but also in its conduct of legal affairs of disabled people from beginning to end.

Artem Moiseenko, a chairman of the public organization of disabled persons 'Kovcheg', a coordinator of the project "One Country" in the Primorsky region "Almost every day people with disabilities, their families, parents of disabled children ask us for help in solving various legal affairs. Now we have the opportunity to render a free legal aid to these citizens. We are very happy that such a vital social project will be implemented in our region. Alexander Ilkun, a member of the Lawyer Chamber of the Primorsky region, " We decided to create non-governmental Centre for free legal help disabled people and disabled children of the Primorsky region in order to improve the work of free legal help. Every citizen has the right to the assistance and help in solving various legal problems. Unfortunately there is no any law on the free legal help to people with disabilities in the Primorsky region. Therefore the creation of this center is an initiative of the Lawyer Chamber of the Primorsky region. In future Artem Moiseenko, the organization of disabled people "Kovcheg", the project "One Country" with are going to make a proposal to make changes to the legislation of the Primorsky region. So people with disabilities will be able to get a free full complex of legal services."
