Ksenia Bezuglova, the winner of the Vertical world beauty pageant among women with disabilities in 2012, will give a press conference in Vladivostok.
A press conference of a recognized beauty queen and girl in a wheelchair, Ksenia Bezugluva. will be held by on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at 11 p.m at Gogolya str. 41, in the main hall of the Underground Theater.
Ksenia Bezuglova, born in Vladivostok, turned out to be a wheelchair user four and a half years ago, as a result of a car crash. But despite the fact, that this incident greatly changed her life afterwards, she did not lose her heart, and the car accident only strengthened her intentions of helping people who have gotten in difficult situations in life and became a messenger of beauty and goodness in our world.
Now Ksenia lives in Moscow and works in a large publishing company, bringing up her four year old daughter Taisia. Ksenia is actively engaged in social activities and helping other people and every so often wins all sorts of beauty contests.
One of her brilliant victories is the title of "Queen of the World beauty" and a crown, that Ksenia Bezuglova won in December last year in Italy, in the Vertical beauty pageant.
Winning the competition, I realized that now I have not only the title and the crown. I was entrusted with an important mission to be a messenger of beauty with the purpose to help other people with disabilities worldwide. I need to prove to people by my example that life does not end after the injury, it can be much more interesting and I as a person can be more useful to a society than before the injury, says Ksenia Bezuglova.
Ksenia have been actively cooperating with the president of Kovcheg, the organization of persons with disabilities, Artem Moiseenko for several years. Together they implement various community projects in Moscow and other cities of the European part of Russia. Moreover, Ksenia is the spokesperson of the Kovcheg in the western part of the country as well as at the governmental level.
Ksenia Bezuglova: "Our creative tandem is filled with incredible vigor and enthusiasm. Even before I got hurt, I enthusiastically and respectfully watched Artem Moiseenko’s community activities. Now I am very happy that we pulled together our efforts and move in the same direction. I think people like us who are young, active and self-motivated can truly change the lives of people with disabilities in our country. Now Artyom and I are promoting Accessible beaches project in Moscow, soon we will organize the All-Russia beauty contest for girls with disabilities."
About these and many other projects, about her victory in the global beauty contest, as well as the reasoning of why Ksenia came to Vladivostok, she will tell at a press conference on September 18 at 11.00 in the hotel Avanta. Also the press conference will be attended by Olga Lebedeva, a participant of Beauty Without Borders 2012 contest and the winner in the Lady Charm nomination.
