The event is organized by the Society of Disabled People "Kovcheg".
More than fifty persons with disabilities from different region areas arrived in Vladivostok in order to reveal the strongest one in the billiard sport. This event has been held for the third time and each year it becomes more and more popular. Geography of the participants has expanded - this year's tournament was played with disabilities from Vladivostok, Artem, Ussuriisk, Bolshoi Kamen, Nakhodka and Nadezhdenkii district.

All winners of the competition were chosen in accordance with the international standards but a separate category of the winners includes wheelchair users.

Among men in wheelchairs Michael Taropatov and Kartsev Vladimir, who wins prizes in this kind of sport the third time, divided the first place. Canin Vital and Neklyudov Ivan, a newcomer in billiard sports, shared the second place. The third place went to Andrew Nechayev. Among women, the winner was Molnar Lubov. The second place went to Tatyana Lebedeva. Boyarova Ludmila Naumova and Svetlana took the third place.

All the winners and the participants of the third regional billiard tournament got valuable prizes and memorial diplomas of this competition.
