The action began near the Primorsky Branch of the Social Insurance Fund where the activists of the public organization of disabled persons "Kovcheg" with the volunteers equipped a special parking space – they set a special parking sign and designed a special marking. Then the same action was carried out near the office of the regional branch of the party "United Russia" near the bus stop the "Circus". But the rain prevented to implement all plans, to equip five parking spaces during a day. Therefore the remaining spaces planed on the 15 of April, the parking near shop centers “Clever House” and the "Central", will be equipped as soon as the weather establishes.

In general it is planned to install the parking signs and put the required markings on the road near the social, cultural and administrative institutions of our city.

According to the federal law "About the Social Protection of Disabled Persons in the Russian Federation" "... at each parking (bus stop) and near trade companies, companies of services, health, sports, cultural and entertainment establishments, there are not less than 10 percent of the spaces (but not less than one space) for parking of special vehicles of disabled people which other transports can’t occupy. Disabled persons use free the places for parking of special vehicles".
