The official presentation of the first social services for people with disabilities in the Primorsky region held on Wednesday, in the 13 of July, in Vladivostok. Three eight-seater minibuses Toyota Hiace equipped with the special hydraulic lifts have already begun their work.
The specialized buses appeared in the organization of disabled persons "Kovcheg" with the support of the party "United Russia" and the Russian Popular Front. Now the social INVAservice "Kovcheg" will help people with disabilities to solve daily pursuits. The invaservice includes not only the taxi but the other social services that may be necessary for people with disabilities.
The creation of the first free social service for people with disabilities in Vladivostok is a project which is implemented by the Russian Primorsky Popular Front and the party "United Russia". It signals the start of the implementation of the other political initiatives of the Popular Front: the discussion and the formation of the national budget and the solution of socially important issues and resonance.
Vladimir Pekhtin, a State Duma deputy of Primorsky region, the first deputy head of the fraction "United Russia" in the State Duma: "The Party "United Russia" always supports to the citizens in solving critical social issues. We are not indifferent to the fate of people, especially the disabled one. We want people with disabilities to live a full life. Moreover the movement for wheelchair users whose interests the public organization "Kovcheg" represents is life. I hope that they will feel more comfortable and confident with the advent of the social service".
Artem Moiseenko, a president of the organization of Disabled People “Kovcheg”, a coordinator of the party "United Russia" - "One Country" in the Primorsky region: "We have dreamed for a long time about cars equipped with hydraulic lifts in our region. Today our dream has come true. And now disabled persons can go on their needs or go to the event which is carried out by our organization. We have only three buses but we hope that over time our social service will expand and we will be able to satisfy the daily requirements of our disabled people."
According to the words of the Head of Vladivostok Pushkarev Igor Sergeyevich, the city administration will plan the ways of funding of the invaservice soon. Thus the invaservice "Kovcheg" will be able to develop and satisfy the requirements of people with disabilities in our city and region.
